Pregnant or have a little one under 1? Come spend a morning with us and leave feeling confident about caring for both your body and your baby.
In this intimate 2-hour session you'll experience:
• Gentle, women-focused yoga plus hands-on ways to support your baby's motor skills, led by Dr. Jordan Bagley Romeo, DC, MS, CCSP
• Pelvic floor strengthening for pre- and postnatal recovery, with Dr. Kendra, DPT
• What to watch for in your baby's development and when to seek support, from Dr. Ashley Glesing, DC
Snacks and beverages provided, so you can simply relax and be present.
